Origin details – The 250 plus growers of the Cafes Sustentables de Mexico cooperative are all located near the extinct Cerro San Juan volcano in western part of Nayarit. The coop has facilitated education and resources to maintain quality and the San Cristobal Importer affiliate has enabled direct marketing.
