Thanks to everybody that came out and braved the rain yesterday for the first Saturday of the 10th season(!) of the Market Square Farmers’ Market. It was really a great day and spirits weren’t dampened a bit. I’m looking forward to bringing the beans to downtown Knoxville this year so come see me near the stage on Market Square on Wednesdays and Saturdays til 2pm. Three Bears Coffee Company will be back on Market Square starting tomorrow, Wednesday, May 1st. I’ll be located in my regular spot near the stage serving up delicious cups of hot coffee as well as cold-brewed iced coffee and all the different varieties of fresh roasted beans to take home. The Market Square Farmers’ Market runs from 11am-2pm on Wednesdays and from 9am-2pm on Saturdays. Check back on the blog in the coming weeks for updates on what’s happening. What a great year it has been for Three Bears Coffee Company! I’ve gained lots of new friends and customers and I’ve been so happy to hear how much people love what I’m doing. There are several wonderful things coming up in 2013 and I look forward to sharing over the coming weeks and months.
There is one last chance to come see me downtown at the final Holiday Market this Saturday from 12-3. I’ll have hot coffee to keep you warm on what looks like a chilly day and you can also pick up some last minute gifts of freshly roasted beans.

My blog has seemingly become quarterly, though I aspire to produce more frequent updates. That’s not to give the impression that nothing’s going on, though.
On the contrary, the 2012 Farmers’ Market season has been keeping me quite busy. A big thanks to all my loyal and very supportive customers! My endeavor is to provide the best coffee available and it’s nice to know it’s being enjoyed.
Come try the cold-brew iced coffee. I’ll probably be more than eager to tell you about the low acidity and wonderful natural sweetness. It really is quite good and just the thing as the days become 90+ degrees. You can also get the cold-brew by the cup at Just Ripe.
